Race Course
RACE COURSE
The starting line is located at the Ponte 25 de Abril running towards Lisbon City. The race continues along the river shore passing by Alcantara, Cais de Sodré, Algés and Dafundo, finishing at Mosteiros dos Jerónimos near Belém.

Start: 09.30 am, Bridge 25 de Abril – March 9, 2025 Start on the Bridge 25 de Abril, at 10.05am – March 9, 2025 - Route of the 10K Vodafone. Tolls’ Square of the Bridge 25 de Abril – Alcântara – Rua de Cascais (Pingo Doce) – Avenida 24 de Julho – Praça do Comércio. Once arrived at Campo das Cebolas (Largo do Terreiro do Trigo), the athletes turn in the opposite direction of traffic – through Praça do Comércio and Avenida 24 de Julho, towards Alcântara – Avenida da Índia (passing by the Jeronimos Monastery, towards Algés) and continue through Avenida Marginal (Avenida Ivens) almost up to Dafundo, where they return in the opposite direction of traffic, through the same arteries, up to Jerónimos, where the finish line is installed.Toll’s Square of the Bridge 25 de Abril... Alcântara.
This event will have a distance of 10km pace, and its start will be given into simultaneous with the Half Marathon. Finish is in front of the Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos)

- The course race was measured officially by approved measurers of AIMS and IAAF and has an official distance of 21, 097 MTS.
- The Half Marathon starts at 10.05am and the 10K at 10.45 on the Bridge a little after the toll barriers.
- The Lisbon Half Marathon event race course is very flat and it has a different point of start and finish, (point to point) This race is one of the fastest of the world.
- Celebrating its 31st anniversary, the EDP Lisbon Half Marathon is proud to be the first race of the new international running series, the Super Halfs.
- Winning the Gold Road Race Label confirms the Lisbon Half Marathon as one of the most attractive in the world.
The race course may be subject to variations based on the decisions of the Public Authorities.
